Carlos Santos, a Florida native born and raised on the west side of Orlando, started his dive into the drifting world in 2010. These were the days of 250-400hp at Central Florida Racing Complex sliding the boot layout. Sporting a 350hp KA-T powered S13 Hatch and then a widely known Turbo LS Lexus SC400, Carlos has honed his capabilities behind the wheel enough to now pilot a 650hp Naturally Aspirated LS powered S13 Coupe. He looks to challenge drivers across the state in the 2024 USDC Formula Drift ProAm Series as he continues to build his confidence in competition.
Driving isn' the only thing that motivates Carlos. He is a dedicated husband to Ashley, a devoted father to son Kai and daughter Mia, a loving caretaker of his elderly father Luis, a proud active duty Navy sailor, active college student chasing a bachelors degree in finance and manages his auto repair service called "Carlos Cares".
